Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant’s use of Margetli. Margetli provides an AI-assisted sales workflow for supported Facebook Messenger and Facebook Page interactions, together with product, cart, order, Inbox, policy, and human-takeover tools.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the Pages they connect, the authority of their users, and the accuracy and legality of their products, variants, prices, availability, policies, promotions, customer statements, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, and regulatory disclosures. Merchants must review automated behavior and take over conversations when needed.
Lawful and platform-compliant use
You must use Margetli lawfully and comply with Meta’s applicable Platform Terms, policies, permissions, messaging rules, and Page requirements. You must not use the service for deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, illegal, or unauthorized activity; to send spam; or to access Pages or customer information without permission.
AI limitations
AI-generated language can be incomplete or incorrect. The service uses safeguards and merchant-controlled data, but it does not replace human judgment, legal advice, or the merchant’s responsibility to verify customer-facing claims. Human takeover is available for cases requiring review.
Orders and results
Margetli supports order collection but is not the seller of a merchant’s products and is not a payment processor in the current service. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, availability, response times, or business results.
Account security
Merchants must protect account access, use authorized personnel only, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Provider credentials must not be shared through messages or support requests.
Availability and termination
The service may be changed, maintained, interrupted, restricted, suspended, or terminated to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address material breach or unsafe use, or preserve service integrity.
Intellectual property
Margetli and its original software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchants retain responsibility for and rights in content and catalog information they provide, subject to permissions needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability limitations, governing law, the contracting legal operator, and jurisdiction require owner-approved legal details before commercial contracting; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
